Make WordPress.com Your City’s Virtual Home

Interesting tool for city managers and it could actually be a very good idea.

The WordPress.com Blog

City administrators: Don’t spend thousands of dollars on a proprietary system for your city’s website. 1. My city administration for a year long used WordPress – it was quite nice. The system of administrative goals of city administration was structurally depicted and everyone in city administrartion was to write his own blog weekly. All the blogs where united under the common blog which was called “A step further”, and it reflected the organisational structure of the administration. Everyone was to write on what he has personally did during this week to move to the goal. That was nice))
