Berlin’s Kreuzberg decries tourist swarms

Tourism in “hip” cities such as Berlin, Barcelona or Amsterdam seems to be interfering more and more with the residents’ lives.  I remember wondering for a long time how the inhabitants of Greek islands managed to go on with their daily lives, in the cases where these were not directly connected to tourism.
